Zastanawialiście się, co czeka markę Dead Island po tym, jak wykupiło ją Deep Silver? Wiemy już. Coś dziwnego. Wygląda na to, że wydawcy Saints Row postanowili konkurować za jej pomocą z Dead Rising.

Przedstawiciele Deep Silver ujawnili też, że osoby, które zamówią Dead Island 2 przed premierą otrzymają w ramach bonusu zestaw Golden State składającą się z trzech „złotych” broni – katany, grindera i homestrike’a. Poza tym właściciele PS4 otrzymają dodatkową postać oraz poziom, będą także mogli wziąć udział w trwającej 30 dni becie. Niestety termin jej startu nie jest znany.
